Advise / Consultancy
Throughout the project CTP will be providing their expert opinion on all FFE & OSE matters to ensure the correct decisions are made.
Reporting
CTP ensure that the client and project team are fully informed at each stage by providing various reports which can range from Tender reports to detailed installation reporting.

We will manage the budget, suppliers, installation and work along side the main contractor to ensure programme is met.
Procurement

Installation
Ensuring everything is installed as per the floor plan, this ranges from the small plant pot in the corner to 3 metre dining table in the private dining room.
Preliminary Budgeting
Based on the documentation available we will put together a high-level budget for client / project team review.
Project Accounting
CTP can look after the project funds from a dedicated account and provide monthly reporting showing the funds being spent on the project.
Logistics and Warehousing
All goods can be delivered directly to the warehouse, inspected for any damaged and delivered directly to site as and when required.
